ConStream RO system is designed primarily for fresh milk concentration but can also be used for other product types
ConStream System is a flexible membrane application solution enabling customers to benefit from high quality cost effective systems with high performance and flexible application opportunities.
The ConStream RO system concept employs continuous RO concentration. The pre-treated feed is led from a storage by an external feed pump to the RO balance tank and pumped via the base line pipe into the RO loop system. Here the feed is separated into two phases - a retentate phase (concentrate) and a permeate phase (water phase).

Ceramic membrane system
RO, NF, UF, MF and other molecular weight membrane products, widely used in beverage, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory, environmental protection and biological engineering and other industries of filtration separation, its compact structure, reasonable surface area/volume ratio, has the advantages of anti-pollution, cleaning resistance, convenient maintenance and so on. By using different channel network thickness (28-120mil) can change the height of the feed liquid channel, adapt to a variety of feed liquid viscosity or solid content. This unique design allows for good fluid conditions while reducing energy consumption.
UHT Flash pasteurizer & Degassing
The major element of all process steps in beverage production is the preservation concept. One of the processes frequently applied is flash pasteurising,which can be used for products with low and high acidity.
Beer and slightly carbonated refreshment drinks are normally heated at 72 to 85 for 20 to 60 seconds and subsequently cooled down to the required filling temperature.Very acidic CO2-free beverages such as juice drinks and soft drinks are flashpasteurised for a duration of between 30 and 60 seconds, e.g. at temperatures of 84 to 95 and then cooled down to ambient temperature or hotfill temperature.
These products can then be distribu-ted at ambient temperature.
All low-acid beverage types such as Asian teas, mixed milk and coffee drinks and ESL and non-perishable milk are heated at 125 to 150 depending on the initial concentration of bacteria, the shelf life and the subsequent method of distribution. Fresh milk is heated for 10 to 30 seconds at 72 to 85 and always distributed chilled.
Depending on the product intake temperature and the customer's requirements, an up to 100 % recuperative circuit can be set up for cooling after heating, or an additional cooling heat exchanger can be integrated.

Bio-Fermentor & Bio-Reactor
Aseptic technology for highly sensitive processes at the fermentation
The food-, pharma- and cosmetics industry uses bio-reactors, also called fermenters, to ferment organic substances by adding bacteria, fungi or enzymes. Our customers efficiently and safely cultivate cells and microorganisms as well as yeast and bacteria at the bio-fermenters and bio-reactors. The fermentation processes are highly sensitive and the hygienic demands are high. For an exact reproduction of the biological process flow, We uses GMP-compliant aseptic technology with fully automated measurement- and control technology. This allows our customers to control the processes at the fermenters in every detail.
They consist of a stainless steel container, a gassing module as well as of a mixing device including the suitable agitator, sterile filter and heat exchanger. Appropriate sensors and measurement transducers continuously control inter alia the filling level, oxygen, nutrient supply, temperature, pH-value and if applicable foam formation. The values are reported to a central control unit and are recorded.
Aseptic Tank & Pressure vessel
